Given the news this week that Barcleona manager Pep Guardiola dedided he is going to keep striker Samuel Eto'o, it has been revealed that no club on earth were interested in the Cameroon international.
Director of Football, Txiki Begiristain told press "We sent out emails, faxes and letters to every club in every league in the world. We hired 300 staff to do this over the past few weeks. Every club responded with a polite "thanks but no thanks" letter with the exception of Newcastle United in England who told us to go fuck ourselves. So Samuel will remain a Barcelona player. Not by choice."

Eto'o told Football News at Barcelona's training facility at the Camp Nou today "Well, it is an honour for me to wear the Barcelona shirt once more. I was scared some team like Charlton or Shakhtar Donetsk or Steaua Bucureşti or some other nobody would want me. Thankfully nobody did."
